  • The creators of the series said it was a 5 year story arc, so stopping it 2 years in is a terrible idea. SGU is different than SG-1, in that each episode is not "self contained," SGU requires an extended commitment to the series, one shown by the millions of weekly viewers, and one that should be shown by the network as well. Canceling Stargate Universe would be like a theater turning off a feature film half way through and telling the audience, who have already paid for their tickets, not to worry about it and to just go home. I believe I speak for millions when I say please, please reciprocate the dedication of your viewers and please keep SGU on the air.

SGU is a different kind of scifi story, the story development is like an aeroplane's flight: it started slowly , is now picking up speed, has left the ground, and would have gone high up in the air in the next season - even higher, perhaps ending up in ascension by the end of it's 5-year-flight... And you prevented us from seeing and taking part to that flight... Please, reconsider!

  • Stargate Universe is quality enterianment. At this rate there will be nothing on SyFy apart from a group of sweaty adults throwing eachother around in a ring. You've lost sight of what REALLY matters. Quality Matters. Numbers rise and fall. Atleast with SGU Quality was constantly high.
