  • They need to keep Guiding Light on the air, for one it is the longest running soap othere is and they just got Grant back. I have been watching Guiding light for all of my life and the characters that are in it are great. The actors have done a fantastic job of keeping you glued to this show. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't take it away. Don't let the longest running soap retire. If ou have to take another one off the air that is on this channel. I have watched this show from around the world, my husband was in the army and this is the only soap that was viewable from overseas that was worth watching.

  • I am 55 and have watched GL all my life. My mother who is 83 has watched from the begining on TV. We talk every night and always have comments on what happen that day on GL. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT TAKE IT OFF THE AIR!!!!!!! I LOVE my MOM and we Love to watch GL!!!!

  • This show has been apart of many people's life for many years. My grandmother watched the show first then my mother and now me. I have been watching the show since 1974 and I only wish that I had a daughter to past this show onto. Please keep this show going ... Why end a great thing?

  • Growing up I remember my mom cleaning our house everyday but always saved the living room for a certain time of the day. As I got older I realized this and I asked her why she did this. That's when it happened, she introduced me to the life of SOAP OPERAS. Every afternoon I would rush home from school, mom would have a snack waiting for me and we would talk about our day then watch Guiding Light. Now that she lives on the other side of the US, we call every Sunday morning before any one else is awake, and talk about our stories. Even when times between us were not going well, we always made sure we talked on Sundays about Guiding Light. That kept us together. We went thru 2 1/2 yrs where it was so hard to talk about our family without fighting but we knew there was one thing we could talk about, Guiding Light. All has been great for my mom and I for well over 5 years now and we still talk about how that one little show ,GUIDING LIGHT, kept us together. DON'T TAKE THIS AWAY FROM US, CBS!!!!
