This petition has been created in response to Sony Online Entertainments (SOE) decision to permanently shut down the Matrix Online (MXO) servers and no longer continue hosting the game.
The Matrix Online is a massive multiplayer role playing game based on the Matrix films.
It is our intent to use this petition to demonstrate to SOE that there is still sufficient interest in the game to justify the re-opening of the servers.

    • spells the future of online gaming to me, spend a fortune on software and server subscriptions only to have the plug pulled when the HOST has enough. i'll stick with conventional gaming from now on, online gaming is obviously a rip off, make as much cash then dump the client with a piece of software that will no longer work. the server should be open for anyone to visit at any time, reducing the subscription fee may entice people to play for longer periods
