I, Katilyn Martha McGinnis (and petition signers), would like to put an end to Animal Abuse. Not just in the state of Pennsylvania, or in the country, but Internationally. Animals have always been around, and they shall always stay around. But people abuse the privilege of having an animal to own and they hurt them. The petition signers and I equally agree that animals should have the right to live happily and safely, not in a life full of abuse. Animals around the world are abused everyday, every minute, and every second. We can all put an end to this simply. This can become a world law with major consequences. I think by that happening, there will be less forms of Animal Cruelty. Thank you for your time, effort and support.
