  • i don't even like buffalo sabres at all, but for the sake of the league fix this horrible screw up. BTW: new RBK jerseys are making a mockery of the NHL when its already losing fan base and will ultimatly destroy it if they aren't careful

  • Im from Miami, FL, but a big Sabres fan. The current logo is a disgrace to one of the NHL's premier teams. The logo needs to be changed.(John Slabyk's concepts are very convincing)

  • As a Toronto fan, who am I to comment on your team crest/logo. But as hockey fan, I agree with most of your fans, your current logo is horrible and deserves the attention your hockey fans are crying out for. John Slabyk's design is exactly what needs to be done to fuse the new RBK jersey designs with the classic/traditional Sabres logo. Why mess with a great logo? That said, your current logo is not the worst logo in the NHL...we'll give that honour to Tampa, Carolina, Nashville, Minnesota, Atlanta, Florida, etc. http://sabresnotslugs.com/

  • I did buy a slug jersey. I dont like the logo. Its the laughing stock of the league. The older style unis looked great at the winter classic. Think about how much revenue you would generate in sales if you went back to a logo like that...

  • I think that the logo that John made is amazing. It updates the old tradiotional logo that we all love and modernizes it. The person that made the slug logo should be forever ban from the city of buffalo and possibly from america all together...

  • I'm not a Sabres fan, but that banana slug that's on their current jerseys is one of the worst in the league. How you go from considering the classic style, which is sharper and competes against the original six logos to this is beyond me.

  • I was a lifelong fan of the Sabres UNTIL this stupid new logo was designed. It was never necessary to redesign the original logo from the 70s. You don't see the Redwings and Canadiens changing logos every few years. I will never be a Sabres fan again until this abomination is changed back to the original logo.

  • my opinion is that why waste the money that we dont really have, i mean why waste money on new jerseys and such we would have to redo the hsbc arena!i think thats not a great idea.. and i think the sabres logo is fantastic and i love it, i hope it doesnt change!!
