Please, we really would like to have a port of the original StarCraft to the Nintedo Ds(Just like StarLite),because we think that the console has the potencial to make a quality RTS,and we love starcraft!

    • This game would be truly epic. Can you imagine portable starcraft online multiplayer? My DS is currently collecting a lot of dust, and since you guys are about to release starcraft 2 on PC anyways, now would be a perfect time to make the first handheld RTS game. I understand why, you, as a company, shut down the StarLite homebrew. However that does not mean I agree with it. These are very talented programmers working without a profit motive, they programmed this for fun. They were doing something great and innovative with your game, it just seems bad for all sides to just pull the plug on their independent homebrew. In my opinion, the progressive way to do go about this would have been to let them develop the game officially under blizzard, or at the very least take cues from what they already accomplished, and give fans of starcraft what they want. It's definitely worth looking into, this wouldn't be another starcraft 64, since this port will have real multiplayer capabilities.
