My mom won't let me go to school because I will be smarter home-schooled and because school is bad and kids there will be mean and all...I want to go to school more than anything. Sign the petition if you think I should get the chance to go to school to try it out and for at least one year to know what it's all about and get the experience.

    • Public school is a source of social interaction and life experiences that you can't get being homeschooled. If you're homeschooling to shelter your child, you're doing it for the wrong reasons. Everyone has to go out into the real world eventually, and delaying that can have consequences.
