There are many unofficial holidays out there. "Talk like a Pirate Day", for example. This petition is to register and acknowledge the creation and continuing recognition of "Talk in Non Sequitur Day." A Non Sequitur is a reply that has no relevance to what preceded it. This conversation technique has been a remarkable tool for confusing and amusing and should be acknowledged.
