U.S. Citizen Recall Vote of Bush



WE, THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DO HEREBY PETITION THE CONGRESS TO ACT IMMEDIATELY UPON THIS BILL OF PARTICULARS BY RECALLING GEORGE W. BUSH AND RICHARD CHENEY:





Because President George W. Bush and Vice-President Richard Cheney have:

attempted to overthrow the government of The United States of America and have assisted its enemies in war;

levied war against the People of The United States and assisted their enemies, giving aid and comfort to their enemies;

deliberately and willfully lied to the People, manipulating the facts about 9-11 to terrorize the People, and lied about WMDs as the reason for declaring war on Iraq;

perpetrated a hoax upon the Congress, the nation and the People by declaring a spurious and endless War on Terror to mask their war of aggression against Iraq;

manipulated and wrapped CIA intelligence around an extremist partisan policy against Iraq and Saddam Hussein;

used and abused hundreds of executive signing statements to subvert and evade the rule of law;

violated 1978 FISA laws governing the right of government to monitor digital information (cell phones, email, phone calls, web traffic) of private citizens, exploiting technical vagaries in the public awareness about information technology to claim a special exemption for their misdeeds and strategems;

violated the Law of Nations by declaring an unjust and wholly illegitimate war against the sovereign nation of Iraq under the indefensible doctrine of an alleged right of preemptive strike (covertly declaring a war of aggression);

endorsed and executed torture in violation of the Geneva Convention and rejected other Treaty obligations (e.g., immigration, GSA violations of the Hatch Act, U.S.-Canadian border authority);

and, as a result of these illegal and unconstitutional usurpations of authority and assumptions of an expansive executive power, brought about the deaths of more than 4,000 U.S. soldiers of both genders;

committed piracy and brigandage by aiding and abetting fraudulent contracts with cronies like Halliburton, ExxonMobil, ENRON, Blackwater et als;

willfully and deliberately sought to empty the Treasury through all these actions, undermining and subverting the economy of the United States;

instigated and implemented a domestic recession that threatens the security of the nation and the People of the United States, with the likely consequence of provoking a global recession;

demonstrated and displayed the utmost contempt for the rule of law and the welfare of the People;



We hereby do Petition and Urge the Congress of the United States to begin Impeachment Proceedings against George W. Bush and Richard Cheney, with full powers to subpoena and detain any and all members of the Bush-Cheney administration during the years 2000-2008; to reinvestigate the election results of 2000 and 2004; and, if these charges or the investigation and discovery of subsequent charges upon the conclusion of said Proceedings warrant it, to promptly remand Bush, Cheney and any other individuals implicated to the proper authorities for trial before a court.
