Dear International Olympic Committee,


Recently, I, Alex Briggs, have seen yoga being up for decision of an Olympic "sport". If you are going to call yoga a sport, I think that Skateboarding should be included as well.


Im not really sure what kind of case you have against it. If you are going to call synchronized swimming an Olympic event, why not skateboarding?

    • i think skateboarders should be in the olympics, i do it for fun and am a beganner and am still learning and would like to see skateboarders have a chance too,since snowboarders are in the winter games,why can't skateboarders be in the summer games?Technically it is still a sport by the way.Since i saw tony hawk skate at my fair awhile back saying it is a sport.He competes for medals at different events,why can't the olympics consider it.Snowboarding and skating are almost alike,exept skateboarding has wheels.You do some of the same tricks,and you go up really high for a score.That is about the same right?
