Dear Skype Limited,

We, the signers of this petition and Skype users, request you to add server side offline messages support. The need to have both sides online is very inconvenient. There should be some cache for offline messages at your side. It is important because other IM networks like ICQ, Jabber or MSN already have support for this feature.
