We, the userbase of Ibotmodz, have found that through many months of tribulation that the Subadmin "Dark Slipstream" is unfit for his position, and should be removed from all staff rankings at the very least, with an optimistic arrangement of a permanent ban. We base this off of three main reasons, listed below:
1.Misuse of Power
2.No Respect for Other's Creative Efforts
3.Repeated failure at judgment of situations, not realizing the consequences

Section 1 - Misuse of Power

We have observed over the past few months many incidents on this staff member's behalf which were both unjust and unfit punishments for the alleged offenses, with little to no room for explanation. An example of this was the user 'gabe_k'. This user was banned over a disagreement between himself and the staff, with no solid offense given. Gabe_K is a valued member of the community and is one it's top contributors. Another incident to this effect involves a user 'TheEazyB'. This user was banned over a confrontation on Xbox Live, and was again not on any solid offense. Both of these incidents had no line for appeal with Dark Slipstream, and had to be taken directly to the Owner iBotPeaches to be resolved. A recent development towards this has also been a 'martial law' policy of banning, as stated by Dark Slipstream as "The next person who posts against me is banned".

Section 2 - No Respect for Other's Creative Efforts
Dark slipstream has shown little to no consideration for other's hard work, as evidenced by his rampant and incessant leaking of unfinished projects and reverse-engineering of said projects into his own. He has taken credit for other's work on many occasions, and when he couldn't do that he belittled it in an uncalled for way, by criticizing the work quality (when in many cases it was greater than his own). Section 3 - Failure at Judgment

It has become a well known fact that this staff member is singlehandedly responsible for the leaking of a Microsoft toolkit for Xbox 360 development, known as the Xbox 360 Software Development Kit, in particular a 2007 version. This spells out danger for many people, the first of which being microsoft employees, who now have an employment risk because this person was able to get into their private files. A second area of danger arising from this is the wellbeing and very existence of Ibotmodz, as the site could be easily taken down if it were to be the source of a public leak of said development software.
This staff user has also exercised poor judgment coinciding with the aforementioned leaks. The staff member has said himself " I don't care about anything, so don't fight with me because I will do what it takes to win". I challenge you to assess the mental stability of an admin who will stop at nothing to assert their power and have total control of all situations, with final say in them all.


We urge that this user be permanently banished from the community, or at very least have all ranks removed and reverted back to basic member status.
