Our Lost Angels.......

Hello all you parents out there who have had the terrible sadness of losing a baby to miscarriage before 24 weeks, and feeling you have no place for your baby to be laid to rest due to too much red tape.

We all need to make it known to others just exactly what we think to this , we should have a place to have our babies laid to rest or at least a plaque in our local cemeteries where we can mourn our little angels.

Why should it continue to be that after 14-16 weeks a baby can not be terminated under current law because its classed as a viable pregnancy, yet under current legislation a mother who looses her baby under 24 weeks is classed as a non-viable baby.

Under this non-viable baby legislation parents are restricted as to how they can bury their child.

We must change this legislation for the better, allowing all babies after 14-16 to be buried as if they had gone full term. This gives us parents the opportunity to lay our babies to rest in a peaceful and special place.

Please add your details to this petition if you think these out dated rules and legislations are inappropriate and should be changed, allowing babies lost to miscarriage the right to be buried as if they had gone full term
