Our school, Auburn High School (AHS), refused to show President Obama's speech at school. They gave the option to watch after school and for teachers to optionally show it to everyone if they decided to.

I believe that everyone should be put together to watch this or all watch during their second period or other period at the same time, unless they state that they don't want to watch it, then they go into another room, like the lunch room and just sit there and work on homework or something until it's done.

The speech is only about half an hour. Sign this petition if you want to see a speech dedicated to the children about school, in school!
