The monster that "allegedly" murdered my son is up for parole this June! I need all of you my friends to write a letter explaining how this has affected you and how you have observed how it has affected me and my family. Also explain why he should remain behind bars! Please send it to the following: p.o. box 1214 Eatontown, Nj 07724 or email to: shoooish1@yahoo.com. This must be sent in by next Tues so i can fax it to the Nj Parole Board who are fighting to keep the "alleged" murdering beast caged where he belongs! All love, Nick Nickachu Chavez II

Signing this petition will also make a huge impact on the parole on the board, trust me please! Think of every signature as ammo to keep that heartless beast caged!

    • I don't feel like this man has spent enough time in prison to pay for his crime. He should not be paroled at this time.

    • I think that any one who take's the life of a child should not be able to see the light of another day. It take's a very sick person to do hurt and/or kill a child and that person should not have any rights at all and thay should not be able to walk free with the rest of us.

    • I have seen far too many stories about babies and children being abused. It seems we can all talk about it but nothing is changing. We need to change our laws now. The punishment needs to be stiffer. These low life people who cause such harm to children and babies need not to breathe a breath of freedom for the rest of their lives. How many more children need to die or be abused before the law gets changed?

    • This man should not be allowed to gain parole! Just this week, here in Louisville, a man killed his 7 week old son. BUT this was not the first time he has murdered! 20 years ago he had killed his 5 week old son and was given 35 years. He got out on parole in 2007 ! No one who murders a child should ever be able to walk freely amongst us.
