Lower Mugglenet 10 minute rule

Currently on Mugglenet you have to wait 10 minutes to post a comment and I think this is unnacceptable. We would like to put the rule back to just 30 seconds as this makes things easier. If you think the time should be lowered, sign here!     • The 10 minute rule does not work, as there are ays around it, but these ways are almost as slow as the rule itself. The rule has stopped any and all conversations at the comments boards and no I won't use the chatroom because it sucks and I'm not allowed.

    • I agree with this petition. I understand that the 10-minute rule is so people cannot chat together or post irrelevant comments, but that's not fair for the others nor does it even STOP people from continuously posting irrelevant comments. I hope this petition works!
