  • My sister Irene Thorpe was killed by two street racers on Nov.13th 2000. The two drivers received 2 yrs less a day house arrest (never saw the inside of a jail cel). Sept. 13 this year will be 3 yrs the I have had one driver deported and the driver whos car struck and killed Irene is still here awaiting the Supreme Court to deside if he stays and gets a new trial or if they will up hold the Courts decision and set him packing. I have been fighting this street racing issue along side my MP Chuck Cadman right up till his sudden passing and I will continue to fight this fight, if there is any thing I can do from my voice please just call on me and I will do all that I can. Government needs to HOLD THESE RACER TO REAL ACCOUNTABILITY ...JAIL......not house arrest so they can enjoy their freedom.
