    • Bert and the entire team have my full support. Unlike the media and other fans across North America, I will not turn my back on them in the hockey or human context!

    • If Van takes the long route and goes all the way, do you think it's fair to suspend Bert for 41 games?

    • Bertuzzi's getting a much harsher sentence because of the result not the action. If this is what's happening, then any unintentional injury (like hossa on berard) has to be punished this severely. It's rediculous!

    • Consider the context of the incident. It wasn't a sudden evil urge, he had his reasons and if the League had dealt with Moore properly this could've been avoided. Don't try and pass the blame on to Bertuzzi.

    • He has already Suffered enough through fines, through his teammates, legal action and lost salary. His repuation is tarnished by the media because of this incident. And 20 games would've been reasonable. You should not make an example of him like this.

    • I am a huge Avs fan but it is improper to make Todd Bertuzzi the scapegoat for the failings of the NHL. Mr. Bertuzzi did a terrible thing and he is paying a terrible price. He will lose money, he will be booed in arenas throughout North America and his career will be forever blemished by this incident. It would appear that Bertuzzi's suspension has a direct correlation to Moore's injuries. Should Steve recover faster, that needs to be taken into consideration. I believe the man is truly sorry, understands what he did and has seen the light as you demanded. Let's all keep some perspective here and while we are throwing out condemnations, may I suggest that the NHL take a look at itself. You need to get your house in order. The problem with hockey starts at the top and goes all the way down to the fans. The media is not without blame either. This incident didn't occur in a vacuum and to suggest your referees were in control of that game is beyond absurd. Review this.
