  • The Beautiful Life was a show that was just picking up its plot, it definitely should not have been cancelled. The CW Network showed poor advertisement for the show, must advertisements consist of the Vampire Diaries, Melrose Place, and Gossip Girl. If the show had gotten the chance of a full season it would have gotten alot bigger then what it had been for the first two episodes.

  • These networks have absolutely NO patience. It's like the have the attention span of a 2 year old. If you have a quality product that shows potential for continued growth, even if it is a sudsy drama full of beautiful people, then stick by it. They're sticking it in an incredibly competitive time slot that has it going up against some established shows and a couple of VERY hyped news shows (Hello, "Cougar Town") so what are they expecting? Why not drop it behind Melrose Place? Or shift it to Tuesday and follow it by 90210 and Melrose. It's just ridiculous because as campy as the show was, I saw a lot of potential in it. CW, you're a bonehead. Thanks for nothing. You keep Tyra Banks on acting like a psycho, but you cancel this. Way to go. CW SUCKS!

  • Wow, i was really into the show, but had been worried from the start that it wouldnt survive. it just surprises me that they cut it that fast. just no more episodes after 2 and leavinf it open. i wish networks wud at least give shows a wrap up episode even if it only gets cut off at number 3, other wise it just doesn't work. Besides now I'm scared what they are going to replace it with. Especially since they are going up against 'Glee' wich is doing great. I don't know. At least I can get into Glee now, i had been sacrificing it for TBL but I guess I'll do Glee now

  • I actually liked it, so it sucks that it's getting cancelled. It would have definitely been better in a different time slot. The show had a lot of potential so that's lame that they cut it off after two episodes.

  • The CW is already a VERY LOW network so why do they care about ratings? They will just lose more viewers this way. I already got hooked on this show, it had the potential to grow as it moved on. I will never like a show again. First Pushing Daisies than Samantha Who and now this...American tv is such crap!

  • Boo CW for not giving the show a chance...maybe we can whine enough and they'll bring it back!! haha, **** the Medium jumped from one channel to the next so why can't this show, I'd bet bravo or mtv would pick it up...Not all shows have to be hospital dramas or end of the world scenarios...I actually liked this show enough to sit through commercials...and I rarely do that. Farewell TBL...you were short lived but will be missed!

They have to give it a couple more episodes and yea they definately should put it behind a show that everyone watches.. idk who wants to watch tyra banks get their hopes up for a bunch of short girls who are never going to make it in the modeling world..TBL wasnt a bad show it just hasnt picked up yet.. i was ready to see the drama that was obviously going to stir up... AHHHH thats why the CW will always be mediocre television CW SUCKSSSSS!!!!!

  • I really wish they would find other avenues to see if people are watching. so many people have dvr or watch online. doesn't mean this show didn't have an audience...or they could give it more than just 2 episodes. And really, the show wasn't all about Mischa Barton. It was truly an ensemble show that deserved a little more than a 2 episode try.

  • i think its ridiculous that this show was canceled after just two episodes. i think the time slot factored into the ratings..it was going up against glee,law &order,etc.. i think if it had switched time slots with antm it would have had a chance to pull in better ratings......

  • Please give the show another chance. You didn't give watchers a chance to spread the word to watch the show. It really is good and I am totally surprised at its ratings thus far but I do believe they will rise if given the opportunity.
