I am a voter who wishes to vote for Barack Obama for President this fall.

At this late stage of the primaries, and for some time now, it seems obvious to me that Obama has earned and deserves the Democratic Nomination more than Hillary Clinton, yet she continues to campaign and continues to try to do damage to Obama's campaign.

Hillary Clinton cannot win enough delegates before the Democratic Convention to secure the nomination, so the only way for her to become the nominee is by essentially playing games with the super delegate process as well as the Michigan and Florida primary results.

If, by some technicality or by any other means, Hillary Clinton is awarded the nomination rather than Barack Obama, my signature on this petition is my promise to the Democratic Party that I will lodge my complaint about what essentially amounts to a theft by not voting for Hillary Clinton in the fall Presidential election.

SUMMARY: If Barack Obama is not the nominee I will not vote for Hillary Clinton. I truly wish to cast my vote in this election, so I am respectfully asking Hillary Clinton to step aside, accept her defeat graciously, and support the candidate who has earned more of the popular vote and won more delegates than her; all for the benefit of the Democratic Party and the future of the United States of America.
