Terminate the 'mean bus driver'

We the undersigned ask that OC Transpo terminate the bus driver involved with an incident on Satuday October 4, involving Sarah Pacey, and her daughter Aimee Pacey. We believe that the drives actions were irresponsible and discourteous towards Ms. Pacey and her daughter. The irreversible psychological damage he has caused to 2 year old Aimee and her mother is too much to allow him to continue doing his duties with OC Transpo. This bus driver has shown extreme poor customer service on a level that would have him terminated from any other service job. We ask that you immediately terminate the bus driver to serve as an example to other bus drivers who are discourteous not only to mothers and parents with strollers, btu to the elderly and disabled as well.

    • I am a frequent rider with OC and for the most part have no complaints of service or drivers. But this is at the very least extremely poor customer service and that alone should get an employee fired from any job.

    • Dirty Rotten Oc Transpo Folk not the first time they have crossed the public to which they serve, They all deserve to be severly punished for there constant outbursts of idiocy. But this man in particular he should get jail time for this if not a swift and unbridaled discharge. I hope he dies a lonely hated person like he deserves.

    • I'm sorry, but do you really think retraining him is going to do anything? Since it's obvious he wasn't thinking about what his training taught him in the first place when he drove off with that little girl on his bus. There is nothing that can be done that can make that little girl forget what happened to her. That's something that will stay with her forever in her subconscious.

    • Though the arguement may have been the fault of both Ms. Pacey and the driver, his horrible action and traumatizing of little Aimee is despicable. Not terminating him would be a terrible travesty.
