This petition is to no longer recognize texas as a state in the United States of America. The, soon to be, former state of texas will also no longer be written with a capitol "t" and will always remain lowercase. texas will become a territory of the United States of America and the land will be used for prisons housing only illegal immigrants and major felons. The remaining land will be used for oil drilling and landfills. All residents of texas will have their US citizenship revoked and will not be allowed to regain it.
