We, the undersigned, have just finished watching the season finale of Torchwood (episode 2x13 - Exit Wounds) and we are not pleased with the direction you have chosen to take things.

We feel that the character of Toshiko Sato, as played by Naoko Mori, should return for the third season of Torchwood. We feel that her character, while given a noble death, has gotten the short end of the stick over the last two seasons and has not been given the full chance to become the fully realized character that the fans know is possible. This seems entirely unfair, and we humbly request that a way is found for Naoko Mori to reprise her role as Toshiko, and for the character of Toshiko to continue to be one of the main characters of Torchwood.

- Toshiko was one of my favourite characters, I understand that characters have to die off for the show to develop, however, I think it entirely wrong to kill off one of the most essential characters in the show. Perhaps something has already been thought of for season 3, to bring back some of the characters, who knows? But I would ask for something to be done to bring her back, in all honesty I don't think I'll be watching Torchwood again now Naoko's gone.

- Naoko is an amazing actor and plays the role of Tosh perfectly. We just begin to know her and her capablilites and you get rid of her... why break up such a perfect group? Sure, they might be screwed up and they all definetly have problems but they work, they fit. Please bring Tosh back. And Owen too. With sci-fi anything is possible.

- i remember reading somewhere that another set of risen mittens to bring Tosh back were kinda just hanging in the plot bunny ether... quite frankly, that's a crap idea... but this is bloody scifi! there's gotta be something else out there that can bring people back from the dead. I want Tosh back, but atleast try to think of some newer ideas. I know it's a bit unrealistic to hope that Tosh would be back for any kind of perminance during season 3, but you can't just lock her up in the torchwood vaults and forget all about her!
