Demand For Increased Levels Of Promotion For Future Tupac Releases

This petiton was formend by fans of rap music's fallen king, Tupac Shakur in disgust at mediocre levels of promotion for past posthumous 2Pac releases such as 'Still I Rise' and most recently 'Until The End Of Time' by Interscope, in a desperate hope things can change. As true supporters of 'Pac we demand to see huge diffrences in Interscope's attitude towards promotion of Tupac recordings. We plead that the label increases it's budget pumped into advertising and promotion-related practices for the next Tupac album, due march 2002.

Collectively, we would like to see:

- Higher levels of all-round advertising through Television and media publications.

- Promotion packs, featuring flyers, posters, stickers etc. to be distributed to volunteer street teams.

- Commercially released CD singles world-wide (US included).

- Atleast three high-quallity music videos.

    • In Australia we hardly got any promotion.. 2pac is one of the bigg name rappers here. With a bit of work you could multiply your sales. The fan base exists all you need to do is push the product.

    • Please do a great job of promoting 2pac's next album, because he deserves it. Here in Cleveland, I never heard any of new songs played on the radio off his new release. That's horrible. And also better days should not be removed off his upcoming release.R.I.P Pac.
