  • I strongly disagree with this Development. We already face big issues in this area with traffic congestion, causing concern for the safety of the residents in the area. Health care is also a serious issue to consider. We do not have a hospital to support the area. Adding this number of residents onto the system will not be manageable. This area also has issues with schools for our children. We cannot manage what we have. By adding the increase in children through a high rise you will also jeopardize the schooling for our area children. Also, high rise living dramaitcally changes the make up of an area. This is not what our area was designed for with apartments. Such a development will dramatically affect our area and the value of our homes. May I also add that 1 block east of this area a developer is also trying to get approval to build a condo building. When looking at the big picture we do have a number of serious issues that would be escalated with the addition of either application.
