Ubisoft is starting to write off the PC as gaming platform. It all started with EndWar, which could have been released on PC much earlier. The reason for Ubisoft to release it later on the PC was copyright piracy.
It continued with FarCry 2. Downloadable content that added to the multiplayer experience was just released on consoles.
Eventually, Ubisoft scared away many of their sympathisers playing on PC, as they announced that Prince of Persia's downloadable content, which continues the story of the main game, will be exclusive on consoles.
Most recently, this line continued with Tom Clancy's H.A.W.X. In the consoles' demo version coop was unlocked. The PC gamers were blocked from that feature until resourceful modders managed to unlock it in the PC demo.
We can no longer bear Ubisoft's treatment of the PC as gaming platform. For this reason we created this petition.
We demand that Ubisoft accepts every gaming platform (PC, Xbox, Playstation) as equal and that there will be no more additional content exclusively on one of these platforms.
Until then we will no longer purchase any Ubisoft Products.

Ubisoft fдngt an, den PC als Spieleplattform abzuschreiben. Begonnen hat das Ganze mit EndWar, welches schon viel eher fьr den PC hдtte erscheinen kцnnen. Die Begrьndung von Ubisoft, das Spiel erst spдter fьr den PC zu bringen, waren Raubkopierer.
Fortgesetzt wurde das das mit FarCry 2. Hier erschienen herunterladbare Zusatzinhalte, welchen den Multiplayermodus betreffen, nur fьr die Konsolenversionen des Spiels.
Am meisten hat es sich Ubisoft letztendlich mit den PC Spielern verscherzt, als sie angekьndigt haben, dass der herunterladbare Zusatzinhalt fьr Prince of Persia, welcher die Geschichte des Spiels fortsetzt, auch konsolenexklusiv ist.
Weiter ging der SpaЯ mit Tom Clancy's H.A.W.X. In der Konsolenversion kann man die Demo des Spiels bereits im Koop Modus spielen. In der PC Version ist dieser Modus vom Entwickler gesperrt. Erst durch findige Modder konnte er freigeschaltet werden.
Wir kцnnen nicht lдnger dulden, wie Ubisoft mit dem PC umgeht. Aus diesem Grund haben wir diese Petition ins Leben gerufen.
Wir verlangen, dass Ubisoft jede Spielplattform (PC, Xbox, Playstation) wieder als gleichberechtigte Plattform ansieht und keinerlei Zusatzinhalte mehr verцffentlicht, welche fьr eine der Plattformen exklusiv sind.
Bis dahin werden wir keinerlei Produkte mehr von Ubisoft erwerben.

- Ubisoft sollte die PC-Plattform entweder GANZ oder GARNICHT unterstьtzen. Ich will nicht den LьckenbьЯer fьr deren Finanzstatistik spielen. Wenn die denken, dass sie mit einer billigen und schnellen PC-Umsetzung ein paar extra-$ verdienen kцnnen, ohne dabei Support oder Content zu liefern, welche die Konsoleros natьrlich bekommen, dann mьssen die ihre PC-Kunden fьr ziehmlich dumm halten. Wehrt euch dagegen und kauft diese Ubisoft-Spiele nicht mehr!

- Either support the PC as an absolutely equal platform, or don't use it at all. The latter leads to massive financial losses, as does the current situation as a result of angered customers.

- i cannot say anything. i am sick of Ubi's nonsencial movements. But Ubi is on a wrong way. I hope Ubi will meet an injustice like they are doing to us..
