We the undersigned protest FOX's decision to hold season 7 of 24 until January 2009. We are loyal fans of the show and don't feel that the fans should have to wait 11 months due to the writer's strike. Although we do enjoy the 24 episodes running sequentially, a unique solution is required. Please reconsider the decision to postpone and run at least the episodes that were filmed prior to the strike before summer 2008 and being production now to have the other 16 air in the fall.

- I understand why you would not want to air in summer, with vacations and everything...but I hope the show comes back no later than fall 2007 ! That should give you enough time to write and film new episodes and promote the show !!!!

- 24 is the most exciting show on television, hands down, and is better than many films that I've seen. While I do enjoy watching episodes 1-24 concurrently, it will be a travesty for most fans of any show to be forced to wait almost TWO YEARS before they can see it again. There are too many options for people today, and despite the fact that 24 is a hit and has a huge fan base, Fox and those involved with making decisions on the show run the risk of losing a large portion of them....it's so easy to get distracted and/or find a new "fave". Thanks for creating a great show and outstanding characters, and we hope to see 24 again--sooner rather than later.
