We, as fans of that legendary Canadian Comedy Duo, Wayne and Shuster, would appreciate it if the Comedy Network would re-broadcast the syndicated series of Wayne and Shuster shows. As fans of Wayne and Shuster, we believe this classic series is an important part of Canada's popular culture and that it is important that this classic series continue to be seen by new generations that may not have seen Wayne and Shuster before. There are plenty of important Canadian Comedians today, but before them all, there was Johnny Wayne and Frank Shuster! Please bring back Wayne and Shuster to the Comedy Network!

OH MY i didnt ever know that there would be other people like me do you know that i wanted the comedy network to bring them back too! i used to get up each morning at 7 just to watch them and i was only 12 at the time i think that wayne and shuster was a great show. i wrote the comedy network 3 e-mails to bring them back wayne and schuster but they wont renew the contract or something.... maby the comedy network would have more people watching it if they didnt play it at only 7 in the morning also i hate that history bites show that is on now instead its not funny

    • They may be symbols of a bygone era in comedy, and some of their material may not have aged well, but Wayne and Shuster are undeniably the forefathers of Canadian comedy. It is from them that, in no small part, Canadian comedy of today has developed. Bring them back to the Comedy Network, where they belong. Incidentally, I would love seeing the original hour-long specials they made for the C.B.C. for years, rather than the spliced-together half-hour series from 1980. Give them some air-time, rather than let them rot away in some C.B.C. vault somewhere. Thanks!
