We believe that, at the very least, a fair qualification process should be implemented for the 2015 cricket World Cup that allows associates to qualify. The decision to limit the World Cup to the ten full members (excluding the 10th ranked ODI side in the process) is nothing short of a disgrace.

- Perhaps look to your colleagues in Football for a successful model?

- Not against 10 teams, but you must have qualifying to ensure that they are the best 10

- I am not a cricket fan as such but with other countries involved it raises the profile. I therefore can not see a reason for exclusion apart from larger nations not wanting to lose face. Even I watched the world cup this year which is a first.

- Very sad to see the support teams like Bangladesh and Zimbabwe get, when teams like Ireland, Afghanistan, Holland etc get little encouragement in comparison.

- The decision of the ICC will scupper all the hard work being undertaken by many people in Europe to further cricket as a national sport.

- This is an absolute disgrace. Windies, bangladesh, zimbabwe, and 3 associates should fight for three places in a round robin 2 months before the tournament. The 3 associates shouldnt be picked 2 years in advance either. This last world cup should have seen afghanistan, scotland, ireland and the netherlands

- I think it's a disgrace that a team ranked lower than Ireland in the rankings (Zimbabwe) can automatically qualify for the 2015 World Cup while Ireland has no opportunity to qualify.

- if cricket is going to ristrict to only 10 teams so that doesnt mean any worldcup anymore because worldcup it self means that all teams should get a chance at least 14 teams are good beacuse the ICC already have the 10 full members so no need to other countries to play cricket becuase the its not good for the devolopment of cricket as well

- You can't expect anything more from a team (Ireland) that gave a real scare to every single full member nation in this world cup and did cause an upset to two big teams in two consecutive worldcups. Please don't kill a baby before it grows fully. ICC being the mother cannot justify doing this if your real intention is develop and globalize the sport. Think about nations like these and what it means to them. Sitting at the top and looking down is always easy but sit at the ground and look above with a painful neck you will understand the importance of support and to get elevated. Please don't do this.

- To ICC: You cannot call the competition "The World Cup". It has to be renamed "The Members' Cup" although that makes it sound respectable which it can no longer be.

- Do not agree with the decision. Believe that the 50 over world cup is a massive development step to allow countries to develop towards test playing status.

- World Cup? Have the ICC looked at a map lately? Ireland is a country in the World? Another appalling decision by management.
