Signing this petition indicates that you are unhappy with the quality of service you have been receiving from Blizzard Europe whilst playing World of Warcraft on the european servers.
You have experienced repeated downtime on the game servers, login servers, web server, and high latency on a weekly basis. Not once has the European WoW servers explained what technical issues are occuring and an estimated time for repair. Sometimes the downtime can stretch into more than 5 hours, with no refund given on the time you haven't been able to play the game.
