There are many more links describing the greed and unfair charges for Windstream services. The
possibility that Windstream is the only available service provider in certain areas gives them further
advantages towards charging higher prices without fear of losing customers to local competitors.

These high charges need to be lowered. There is more than enough evidence to show customers are
not satisfied with the service they receive nor the prices they are paying. Windstream is resorting
to unsolicited calls, inaccurately advertised "service bundles", and other unprofessional
methods to collect income.
