Micosoft to formally address the "Unreadable Disc Error" on physically unaltered discs and Xbox 360 Console.

This petition is directed at Microsoft Corporation to formally admit another problem with their Xbox 360 console over the Unreadable Disc Error on perfectly fine Discs and Xbox 360 consoles.

This fault is also apparent on repaired Xbox 360 consoles conducted by Microsoft for this particular reason. Also, many users with this problem state that they've had an experience of replacing the same game with a new copy multiple times only to recieve the same error. This comes from my and many others personal experiences with this particular issue and many complaints on various forum threads over the internet.

This fault is unnacceptable in all circumstances, Microsoft SHOULD admit this along with a promise of a thorough investigation and/or free repair (including shipping & handling costs) of this specific issue.

We've had enough of Microsoft-related hardware faults and It MUST be solved!!

- I have already sent in my xbox once for having the RRoD, now a little bit after getting a new one sent back to me my games stop working, i try to play my games on another xbox and guess what, they work perfectly. THis is obviously a problem with Microsoft'f Product and they should get off their A**** and fix it for us, whether the warrenty has expired or not.
