The people of Easthampton, MA are tired of wasting their hard earned money on the lack of service Charter Communications provides its customers. Charter's telephone, internet and cable are constantly not working right, and when customers call to get help, they are met with apathy and outright rudeness. Instead of working to find out what's wrong, agents hang up on you when they don't know what else to do. Services go out all the time, but no credits are issued for time lost. Their contractors miss scheduled appointments with no apologies, and their solution to everything is a new cable box. I personally have had 5 new DVR boxes in the past year, and they all have the same problems, bad service provider! It's time for a change, Charter needs to know that we won't stand for this treatment, lets work together to get Charter out of Easthampton and bring in a company that cares about customer service.

- we should have a choice of companies for our cable TV. We have satelite now because the cable signal on our street is so bad. Everyone on our reet complained.They didn't fix it.

- charter cable sucks. their service is horrible. i have 3 broken cable boxes at my house. they overbill constantly,lowball me on the phone adn send me a bill thats higher than what they said. their on demand is slow,glitchy and not user friendly. their technician hit on my girlfriend. my five year old step son could have done a better installation than the tech. my only time of happiness with charter is that they give you brand new batteries with the remote. but even those are no name batteries made in india

- I recently moved to Easthampton and signed on with Charter. Have had 3 service calls and am waiting for another. One day I spent 8 hours trying to get my email working and only got satisfaction when I was connected with 4th level expert whose job is to "save" people threatening to leave. Charter on demand is as expensive as other companies but gives you much less. I would pay the fee to end my contract early just to get rid of them.

- My housemate is actually the account holder but my hard earned money goes toward paying the outrageous bill. Currently there is no service since the power outages (and week signal in the week before) and Charter has no answers for why that is. In fact, they aren't even available. It's time for them to go or for there to be at least some competition brought in to get them on their game.
