To the members of the original lineup of the rock group Slade and their current management:

It is known that unreleased materials are in existence (particularly three video clips from the Earls Court Concert in 1973 which are held by Historic Films Inc) which could form the basis of a new dvd release for the fans who have been faithful to the band, and also to those people who are discovering the band for the first time.

It is such a sad state of affairs that a band as historic as Slade have such a dearth of new video footage available to the public and making the Earls Court footage officially available in all its glory, maybe even as a documentary, would go a long way to redressing this situation.

    • It would truly be nice to see some of the footage that many people know is available. It's not so much about making a buck/pound off it (although someone will), it's more like to reward many loyal fans for supporting Slade through a great many years. Really think about it.     • What about gigs like the Reading Festival 1980 etc.? The legendary gig at Lochem in 1981, which was taped of a TV company. Also a lot of great video's and TV studio performances missing on DVD's. Why not make a great DVD box of all the missing stuff?
