We, the Undersigned, being in good health and reasonable state of mind, do hereby propose the following:
i) A consolidation of the small settlements of humans and survivor colonies across the United States into a few major cities, governed therein by the democracy established by the Constitution of the United States of America.
ii) A consolidation of military and militia power to better provide support for militant action against the Living Dead, hereon referred to as "ghouls."
iii) Provisions to be created for a ten-year plan on how to deal with the threat of the ghouls, as well as an appraisal of mortality rates amongst humans today.
iv) Provisions to be created for a ten-year plan on adaptive birthing measures to encourage repopulation of the United States by human beings.

Though there is no authority currently to whom this petition should be submitted, we submit it symbolically to the rest of humanity, as proof of our desire to work to a greater end. All it takes is one minute to sign your name, and we can consider this effective change in progress.
