WE WANT MS. STERN BACK AT MILLVILLE PETSMART!

Ms. Stern was terminated for using profanity in a private conversation with the store manager. Ms. Stern was terminated right there on the spot. Ms. Stern recieved no verbal warning, no written warning, just termination. There is a policy that using profanity can cause termination. That policy does not cover profanity in a private & general conversation, behind closed doors at 7am in the morning when the store is not open to the public. Many managers & employees have used profanity out on the floor and they have never been written up or terminated! This termination lacks validity and we as employees of Petsmart want justice done for Ms. Stern and we want her back in Millville Petsmart. She has received many compliments from customers verbally & even through Petsmart's corporate office. Ms. Stern has been there since the store opened and is the only original manager that was still there. Ms. Stern has worked very hard for Petsmart and has gone above & beyond her duties numerous times. Ms. Stern is also the only manager that most of us employees & customers want to work and/or deal with. We as customers & employees of Petsmart ask corporate to do the right thing & bring Ms. Stern back to Millville Petsmart. We miss her as our manager very much & want to see her return. We will be diligantly going through local media & Petsmart's corporate office unitl this unwarranted termination is reversed. Petsmart?! Is this how you treat your hardworking & dedicated employees?! Shame on you!
