Community Petition for the continuance of the NEPGM Fest


This Petition is hereby enacted by the Community in response and the subsequent defiance to actions taken by the local political entities in the recent proposed relocation of the aforementioned NEPGMFEST Alternative Music Festival that was to be held on the dates of October 1st and 2nd. We strongly disagree with the decision that was made, and have signed upon this as well as passed it along in hopes of showing our disapproval to the relocation. We wish to have this event, which was well organized and most anticipated, established at the venue which was agreed upon and continued to be held at Lelaucher Park in Lowell, Massachusetts.
