Ensuring the Quality and Safety of Food

Hi! We are a group of four freshman students of Ateneo de Manila University. As our final integrative project in Physics 1, we conducted a research on how to improve quality testing and food standards in the country using the concepts of physics we have learned through out the semester.

With the information gathered, we strongly suggest the use of Bonescan, Infrared, Branscan and Electronic Speckle Pattern Interferometry technologies in our country since these highly developed physics techniques will ensure the improvement of food quality in the Philippines. Also, with the application of these technological advancements, food manufacturers can increase their profits.

As part of our implementation, we created this site to provide the public with all the information we have. We also created a petition wherein we strongly encourage further study and application of the said physics techniques. Please take time reading our research and consider signing the petition.
