FurAffinity.net users have reached the boiling point due to outrageously irrelevant and abusive administrative actions. These actions we're talking about were performed by a member of the site's administration who goes by the name of Pinkuh, or Kelly Davis. As a result, the users are divided and mostly unsatisfacted about the current administration's methods applied on their community.

Allow me to give you an example : Pinkuh acts on her own decisions without any professionalism or second thought, never consults other admins and often ban people not for a rule infrigement; but for personal reasons. Encouraged art piracy of the artist Jeremy Bernal and banned him, again; for personal reasons. as for Clayton, TheGreatHamster, Arcturus and many others either for minor violations (picture rating or oversized dimensions) or mostly for simple reason of art style and opinions.

On the #furaffinity IRC discussion channel, Pinkuh makes her own laws disregard the official rules, one does not needs to be rude or impolite to be banned, just to start a discussion about art styles or politics can get you banned.

Such a behavior by a simple user would had lead to a ban multiple times per the rules, but being a part of the staff itself, Pinkuh is able to escape this.

We propose that the current staff, within reasonable time, rightfully remove Pinkuh's administrator and moderator status from FurAffinity, which includes the main site, the forums or the IRC channel, which will demonstrate that the current core administration does not support this kind of no-right autocratic policy from a site that calls itself "open-minded", but gives more value to professional moderation and administration to solve, often complex; cases like Rhainor, Damaratus or

This would also give Pinkuh a better occasion to fully consacrate her time to her more noble activity : art and creative domains, and her family life; to gain back the respect of people who like her for her art. Not for her actions amongst FurAffinity.

Finally, by initiating this proposal, we will help to reduce the amount of drama concerning our community. By treating the users fairly, with the respect they deserve and will give back, you can join this present petition, establishing a longstanding administration-members-artist relationship, so that years from now, these same members will continue doing business with FurAffinity with more respect for its administration which gives them in return offering the hosting and social interraction service FurAffinity is, and make it gain a better reputation.
