Anti-Volcano

To:  U.S. Congress, President Obama

As Governor Jindal said last Tuesday, money should be sent on Volcano Research. We don't think this is a big enough step. We are petitioning to the U.S. Congress and President Obama to officially declare volcanoes as "Enemies of the State".
