To:  President of India and Governer of Arunachal Pradesh

We have read papers published by Prof. K. Kumar, A.K. Singh and S. N. Singh and have convinced ourselves that this paper is a verbatim copy of paper presented by B. Singh, AHN Reddy and SS Murthy (copies of both papers attached)

The first author of plagiarized paper, Prof. K. Kumar is currently the Director of NERIST, a deemed university under MHRD, Gov of India. In academia, there is no place for such plagiarism. In past, the Govt of India has taken harsh action against such individuals. We hence request you to initiate an enquiry against him/them and suitably punish them.

This would go far in encouraging genuine research in India and discouraging blatant plagiarism.

Sincerely,

The Undersigned
