Closing "Press TV" office in the UK

Dear Sirs,

As you may know, recent presidential election in Iran was a coup against Iranian Nation and the democracy. The supreme leader regardless of election results announced "Mahmoud Ahmadinejad" as the President and aggressively responded to the people's peaceful opposition rallies.

During these chaotic weeks the government has arrested hundreds of reformists, intellectuals and especially journalists in order to cover the truth and suppress the peaceful democratic movement. They have also dismissed all the foreign journalists from Iran.

Right now the only available newspapers and television channels in the country are the ones related to the government which obviously take side and try to hide the truth.

We kindly request the Great Britain government to shut down the "Press TV" station, established and fully supported by the Islamic Republic of Iran`s government, in order to silence the voice of a government who is spreading lies around the world and also in order to oppose the brutal an unethical behaviors of the IRI government.
