Remove G.S.T. From the Sale of Bicycles, Bicycle Parts and Bicycle Services in New Zealand.

We, the undersigned, believe that GST should be removed from bicycles, bicycles parts and bicycle services in New Zealand because of the following

- Cyclists possess a smaller ecological footprint per capita by not contributing to pollution or carbon emissions.
- Cycling promotes healthy lifestyles.
- Cycling discourages congested cities thus saving in investment towards infrastructure.

If GST is removed from bike parts and services more people will be encouraged to ride bikes as a primary source of transportation thus increasing the positive benefits of bike riding.

In conjunction with promoting ecological and environmental awareness, this petition aims to help protect the future of every New Zealander by decreasing emissions and promoting healthy lifestyles.
