Stop Unauthorized Child Photo/Video Taking

How would you feel if you were watching your children playing outside in your yard, and a stranger came up to start taking pictures of them? Did you know that it is not against the Law, in the state of Ohio, to take pictures of children outside or in a public place without a parent's consent? What would stop these people from downloading those pictures and then putting them on a child porn website or developing them for their pleasure?
We as parents,grandparents,childcare providers,guardians or just concerned citizens need to have a voice for our young ones!! We need to say "NO,this is not right!"
There needs to be a law passed in Ohio making it unlawful for anyone to take photographs and videos of minors, under the age of 18 without written or expressed consent of a parent or guardian. This would include the use of any style camera, cell phone and video equipment by any unauthorized persons.
