PS store video serivce

To:  Sony Computer Entertainment of America/ Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission

This petition is for the "North American" Playstation Video service not being available in Canada. The one problem with this petition is that we don't know who is at fault, whether it is the CRTC (the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission) or Sony Computer Entertainment of America.
This petition is directed at whoever is at fault for failing to bring the video service to Canada like it should have been. This petition is not only for bringing the service to Canada, but to also keep the same prices.
