1. There should be an inquiry cell for all political parties from where public will be able to collect information and ask for explanations and justifications for any and every move and act of the party and its members.
2. The government must phase out reservation heeding towards the tension that exists between the reserved and unreserved category students in most colleges of India. Other arrangements like free education up to a certain level and subsidized higher education for children of economically backward families must be made through public-private partnership.
3. Compulsory youth military training program must be introduced to enable civilians to act efficiently in times of trouble. Youngsters must take one year training between 16 and 25 years of age.
4. The police department, security and intelligence agencies must be made independent and headed by experts in the fields. Who will be given special security and how much will remain a subject of these agencies and category can be upgraded only after consultation with intelligence agency.
5. Security force like NSG must have four centers in the metro cities and 10-15 smaller centers having small battalions in cities like Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Trivandrum, Hyderabad, Guwahati, Bhubaneshwar etc.
6. Additional admissions in the security forces must be allowed at the level of states according to the requirements considering the local conditions.
7. Ban on public consumption of alcohol and any form of tobacco. Illicit drug trade be made a non-bailable offense.
8. Not getting a domestic help verified with police be made an offense against public security.
9. Compulsory attendance at community initiatives like on tackling thieves, managing garbage, saving water, preventing pollution etc.
10. Government must make sure that traffic rules like helmet and seat-belts be followed through out the country. The related condition in very poor in smaller cities.
