The PlayStation Network lacks some important features and Sony needs to improve current online communication functionality.

To:  The goal of this petition is to show Sony the desire for these online features in the near future.

This petition is about the current online communicaton functionality of the PlayStation Network. I've created a document which will be updated with every useful feedback that I receive through e-mail and several gaming related forums.

Hopefully, Sony will DO something with this information, instead of putting their energy in creating a new 'Photo tool' and ignoring some highly requested features by the community, such as cross-game voicechat.

Remember: This is not about bashing Sony at all. It's to let them know what the community wants, as they seem to ignore a lot of the comments on the official US PlayStation Blog, and how they could improve on firmware and the functionally that currently comes with it.
