Qboda Lied!!

To:  Burrito Lovers

On 10 February, 2009, Qdoba boldy emailed all of their customers and called their lunches 'stinky'. They then proceeded to instruct us to throw away our brown bag. Why? Because they were offering a delicious alternative,
"Go to Qdoba Mexican Grill for lunch. They're now offering any chicken entree on their menu with handmade chips, a choice of salsas and a regular fountain drink for only $6.99"

Many of us immediately followed these directions, and headed to the nearest Qdoba as their email marketing campaign instructed.
Brown bag-less and hungry, many of us were shocked to be turned away. As we reached our houses in despair, we were 'treated' to this letter:
"We at Qdoba want to apologize for an email that was distributed earlier today. This email referenced a promotion that is only taking place in a select number of cities. Unfortunately, you are receiving this message as the restaurant(s) in your area are not participating in this special offer."

We, the undersigned and burrito lovers, are outraged at this atrocity. If a company is going to reach out to us, call our lunch stinky, and instruct us to throw away our lunch and come to their restaurant, they should at least deliver on their promises. Clearly, this insult was not good enough for them. Rather than follow through with their offer, they instead chose to email us this breakup and tell us it wasn't so, at least not for us, in our non-Qdoba favored area.

We, the undersigned, refuse to eat at Qdoba again until they start respecting our 'market' and offer us the same delicious deal AND apologize for making us throw away our lunch and walk all the way to the nearest Qdoba. Until these demands are met, we recommend all burrito lovers visit their nearest Chipotle if they still can’t fathom eating out of their now ‘stinky’ brown bag.
