Stop Apple Updates from installing unrelated software.

To Apple Inc.,

We are signing this petition to inform you that we detest your recent methods of promoting your new software, namely forcing it on end users who have other software titles from your company on their machine.

The Apple Software Updates program should not select to install additional software by default, as this takes up hard disk space and other resources the user could have used on other programs, and is a software distribution method favored by spyware and overall malware vendors.

We ask that you cease this immediately, and that if you want to promote unrelated software in your update program, it should be de-selected by default, giving the user the choice of what they want on their machine.
