Mr Rab Florence's Xbox 360 has suffered at the hands of the "red ring of death". His console will take six weeks or so to repair. As he co-presents the BBC's VideoGaiden show (http://www.bbc.co.uk/videogaiden/) and the internet's Consolevania (http://www.consolevania.com), he needs his Xbox 360 back sooner than this to review Grand Theft Auto 4, which comes out in a wee while. Which we all know isn't subject to a 5 minute install on your console, and will have all sorts of lovely exclusive downloadable content. Kiss kiss!

Could you please look into your complex and collaborative corporate heart, and give poor Rab a chance; allow him to play the game on the day of release, and get his Xbox 360 replaced or repaired sharpish.
